Technology Enhanced Assessment for Learning: Case Studies and Best Practice

This seminar will explore how instructors can deliver formative e-assessments, giving automatic feedback, even to large numbers of students.

It will build on the achievements of the University of Bradford’s HEA e-Learning Pathfinder Project “Embedding support processes for e-assessment” and Bradford’s JISC Institutional Exemplar e-Assessment Project (ITS4SEA).

The seminar will demonstrate practical examples of how formative e-assessment is being carried out in different subject areas at the University of Bradford. It will also enable delegates to discuss strategic issues related to formative feedback and to share experiences with other practitioners and contribute to the discussion of what constitutes best practice in formative e-assessment.
